David Harris - Managing Director

David is well known in the financial services industries in the UK and Australia as an expert on wraps and pensions systems and reform. He founded TOR in 2004 to concentrate on future trends and thought-leadership services to the financial services industry. Prior to founding TOR, he was a senior consultant with Watson Wyatt & Company, Reigate, UK and Watson Wyatt LLP in Washington DC. David has worked for the financial services and consumer protection regulators in Australia and the UK.

Sue Jones – Director, Strategy & Communications

Sue Jones worked as a journalist before becoming a media adviser to high profile Government ministers and leaders of public sector organisations. She led Press teams in major state departments and advised on communication strategy at the Cabinet Office and on public policy covering: consumer affairs, competition regulation, public service reform, local government finance, health, international relations, training and transport.
